There will be a sequel of Assassin's Creed! That's not a secret. But as Ubisoft told Forbes.com, we've got to wait.

Similarly, there's no new "Assassin's Creed" this year, despite its sales success. "When we bring it back, there will be more anticipation for it," Detoc says.

Ubisoft has two games, which are the guarantor for success: Rainbow Six Vegas 2 (2 million sold copies) and, of course, Assassin's Creed (6 million sold copies). Mainly because of these two bestsellers, Ubisoft has record conversions. In Europe, Ubisoft made 51% more conversion than on the remainder of the world. Because of these statistics, we can be confidently to see Assassin's Creed 2 soon - without EA Games as the main publisher.
